Reports

KKart reports provide a detailed overview of your store's performance, displayed through graphs and statistics. These reports are divided into four main sections: Orders, Customers, Stock, and Taxes.

To access these reports, navigate to: Orders > Reports.

Orders

The Orders section lets you analyze gross and net sales, track top sellers, freebies, top earners, and monitor product downloads. The available sub-sections are listed below.

Sales by Date

Sales by Date

The Orders tab begins with Sales by Date, featuring a sales graph that helps you track your store's performance. You can filter data by year, last month, this month, last 7 days, or a custom date range. The graph displays gross sales, net sales, shipping costs, refunds, and coupon values. Hover over any point to see the exact figures.

Customer Downloads

Downloads are tracked using unique IDs, allowing you to monitor when and where they were downloaded, the product and file name, the related order (with a clickable link), and the customer's IP address. You can also filter downloads by Product, Order, or IP address.

Sales by Customer

Customers

The Customers section includes reports on Customers vs. Guests and a Customer List. You can further sort these by year, last month, this month, last 7 days, or a custom date range.

- Customers vs. Guests: This report differentiates between registered users and guests who made purchases on your site.

- Customer List: Displays only the registered users on your site.

Stock

The Stock section provides a list of low-stock, out-of-stock, and most-stocked products in your store.

Taxes

The Taxes section allows you to view tax reports sorted by tax code (state) and by date. You can filter the data by year, last month, this month, or custom dates.

Export CSV

Except for the stock report, all other reports have an option to export data to CSV.
